As part of the celebrations for Amsterdam’s 750th anniversary, a spectacular new installation has been created that immerses visitors in the city’s history in just 15 minutes. The project combines architecture, storytelling and advanced lighting to bring the experience to life.
One of the highlights of the installation is the grandstand, designed with more than 80 meters of warm white LED strip integrated into every step and tier. The indirect lighting provides both atmosphere and functionality, guiding visitors through the narrative with a subtle yet powerful visual effect.
To achieve precise and reliable control of the LED strips, the system uses two LTECH RF 4x5A LED receivers (F4-5A) in combination with the LTECH Remote DIM F1 controller. This setup ensures smooth dimming and consistent performance across the entire grandstand.
The result is a visually stunning tribute to the city of Amsterdam, where light plays a key role in shaping the visitor experience. Once again, LTECH technology demonstrates how innovative LED control solutions can enhance cultural projects and architectural spaces.
