Important Attentions

• Products must be installed by qualified professionals.
• LTECH products are non-waterproof and non-lightning proof (unless specified). When used outdoors, always place them in a waterproof enclosure with lightning protection.
• Ensure proper heat dissipation and ventilation to extend product lifespan.
• Verify that the working voltage complies with the product specifications.
• Use wires with sufficient diameter for the connected load and ensure firm wiring.
• Double-check wiring before powering on to prevent damage to fixtures.
• Do not attempt self-repair. For any issues, contact your supplier.

Warranty Agreement

Coverage

Warranty periods from the date of manufacture:

1. LED controllers: 5 years
2. LED drivers: 5 years
3. Smart home items: 2 years

Within the warranty period, LTECH provides free repair or replacement for quality-related issues.

Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Products beyond the warranty period
• Damage caused by incorrect voltage, overload or improper operation
• Severe physical damage to products
• Damage due to natural disasters or force majeure
• Absence of valid LTECH contract or invoice

Conditions

1. Repair or replacement is the sole remedy provided under this warranty. LTECH is not liable for incidental or consequential damages except where required by law.
2. LTECH reserves the right to amend or update warranty terms. The written warranty at the time of issue shall prevail.
